By accessing Execucar Limo Miami’s website and availing our program or service, you agree to the terms and conditions. Please read and review the terms carefully for you to better understand the service agreement. Airport Transfers
- Domestic Flights: Our chauffeur will meet passengers at the designated baggage claim associated with the flight.
- International Commercial Flights: Our chauffeur will meet passengers outside the Customs lobby. In case passengers do not see their chauffeur, please call +1 (786) 704-3365 and our dispatch team will immediately assist in coordinating the pickup with the driver.
- FBO (Fixed-Based Operation): Our chauffeur will drive to the tarmac as soon as the staff crew gives the chauffeur access to the aircraft, unless prohibited by the FBO.
- International Chartered Flights: Our chauffeur does not have access to the tarmac, so he will meet the passengers outside the Customs building.
- Sedans, SUVs, and Mercedes Sprinter Van: Passengers will be charged an hourly rate of three (3) hours minimum, if the ride exceeds the minimum. Additional charges will be charged in increments of 30 minutes.
- Seaport Pickups: Once passengers or groups have exited the cruise ship, our chauffeur will contact you via text or phone call. In the event that the driver has not made contact with the passengers, please call +1 (786) 704-3365.
Gratuity
- The payment of gratuity is completely discretionary and may be increased, decreased, or eliminated entirely.
Grace Periods
- Airport domestic arrivals: 30 minutes from flight arrival time
- International arrivals: 60 minutes from the time of arrival
- FBO: 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time
- Seaports: 60 minutes from the scheduled pickup time
- Hotel, location landmarks, home, businesses, and other addresses: 15 minutes is given courtesy from the scheduled pickup time. Additional wait time will be charged in increments of 30 minutes, at an hourly rate of $65.00.
Wait Time
- Airport international arrivals: 60 minutes from the flight arrival time
- Airport domestic: 30 minutes from the flight arrival time
- Seaports: 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time
- FBO: 30 minutes from scheduled pickup time
- Hotel, Landmark, home, business, and other addresses: 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Additional wait time will be charged in increments of 30 minutes, at an hourly rate of $60.00.

The stop fee is based on a 30-minute stop time. Stops beyond a 4-mile radius from the original trip route will be charged the following fees:

Rates may vary according to the time of day, day of the week, holidays, etc.
No-Show Policy: Vehicles will be billed for the full amount and all other miscellaneous fees.
Cancellation Policy: Charges will be made if the booker fails to cancel their reservation within the allotted time frame, then the reservation will be billed at the full amount plus additional services requested.
Time Frame of Cancellation:
- Sedans: 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time
- Hourly services: 4 hours prior to scheduled pickup time
Passenger Conduct: Smoking and drugs are prohibited in any of the vehicles. Alcohol consumption is prohibited. Violation will result in the immediate termination of the trip with no refunds and applicable fees will apply.
Pets: All pets must be inside their pet carry-on. The pet cleaning fee will be charged $50 when the pet is not situated in its carry-on.
Credit Card Payment Policy: The physical credit card used for reservation must be presented to the driver for manual swiping using the EMV card reader for final authorization.
Execucar Limo Miami reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to seek a credit card/debit card holder authorization in excess of the estimated charges within the 36 hours prior to the service pickup time.
During this time, FUNDS MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR USE. A different payment type can be used upon ride completion. If the passenger decides on a different type of payment, the credit card or debit card used for reservation will be reversed. (Note: Depending on the cardholder’s bank, posting back to the account may take time.)
The prices above are estimated only and include additional parking and tolls. Final charges for the trip are determined upon service completion.
Other Charges: The booker or the passenger will be notified immediately if the following occurs:
- Vehicle Cleaning Fee: All vehicles that require excessive cleaning will have the following charges: $200 for sedans and SUVs. Luxury and other vehicles will be $250, or depending on the severity.
- Damage to the Vehicle: If the passenger damages the vehicle, the passenger or the booker will be responsible for all repair costs.
Charges will be finalized upon the completion of the trip.
Personal Property: Execucar Limo Miami is not responsible for any damage(s) to personal items left in the vehicle. In the event that a lost item is found, Execucar Limo Miami will attempt to return the item(s) in a timely manner, at the owner’s expense.
Child Seat Disclaimer: Execucar Limo Miami assumes no responsibility for any injury or damages suffered by the user. The child seat must be installed by the user only.
Our chauffeurs are not authorized nor certified to install car seat devices. For information on how to properly install a child seat device, please refer to the manual or internet instructions provided by the manufacturer.
